This document applies to all services provided under the tours.digital domain and its subdomains, including athens.tours.digital (Greece) and yerevan.tours.digital (Armenia). Where obligations differ by jurisdiction, this is indicated explicitly.

Part One — Privacy Policy

TOURS.DIGITAL is a virtual tour and 360° photography service. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the operator of tours.digital and its subdomains.

Contact form and booking data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last interaction, then deleted.
Client workspace files and hosted tour content are retained for the duration of the hosting period agreed at purchase, plus 30 days. After this period, files are permanently deleted unless a renewal is arranged.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

Our websites use only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.

Part Two — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking a service, submitting a contact form, or using any part of the tours.digital platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Services offered

TOURS.DIGITAL provides the following services:

Service availability may vary by location. Greece-specific services are listed on tours.digital and athens.tours.digital. Armenia-specific services are listed on yerevan.tours.digital.

3. Booking and payment

Greece: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to VAT as follows: +21% VAT for individuals; subject to reverse charge under Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC for legal entities outside Greece.

Volume discounts apply as stated on the relevant pricing page at the time of booking and are not retroactive.

5. Delivery

Completed virtual tours are delivered within 24 hours of the photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery means the hosted tour link and any agreed files are made available in the client workspace or sent to the contact email provided at booking.

Delivery timelines may be extended in cases of force majeure, technical issues outside our control, or if the property is not accessible or ready at the time of the scheduled shoot.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a shoot if the property is not ready or accessible, in which case the cancellation policy in Section 4 applies.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered virtual tour content for property marketing purposes, including embedding on websites and sharing via direct link.

TOURS.DIGITAL retains copyright in all delivered content and reserves the right to use completed tours as portfolio examples and for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

The client may not resell, sublicense, or transfer the content to third parties without prior written agreement.

8. Hosting and content availability

Virtual tour hosting is included for 12 months from the date of delivery. After this period, hosted content may be taken offline unless a hosting renewal is arranged. We will endeavour to provide 30 days notice before taking content offline.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime but will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. Planned maintenance will be carried out during low-traffic periods where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOURS.DIGITAL's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost rental income, failed property transactions, or losses arising from platform downtime.

10. Governing law

Greece operations: These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Armenia operations: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

The applicable governing law is determined by the subdomain or point of sale through which the service was booked.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this document from time to time. The current version will always be available at tours.digital/terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email where possible.
